  Three of the four independent directors have resigned. The governing body is therefore launching an open call for candidates who wish to serve as independent directors on the governing body of M HKA vzw. The interim directors will be appointed for the remainder of the current term of office, which expires on 31 October 2026. Their term of office is renewable.
